Why I Stepped
Into Fertility Care
As a urologist and transplant surgeon, I’ve worked with countless men and women struggling silently with fertility — often after years of health complications, PCOS, endometriosis, or unexplained infertility.
And in those conversations, I realized:

My Role as Director
At Ritu VF, I don’t just oversee systems. I personally stay involved in protocols, case discussions, and complex male infertility cases. With a background in andrology and surgical urology, I work closely with our fertility specialists to bring a multidisciplinary perspective-ensuring patients receive complete, connected care.
Together, our team offers something simple but rare in healthcare: hope backed by honesty.
